Dr. Emery is the Founder and President of the company called, Dr. Emery Business Solution, LLC.  Which is a Small Black Disabled Veteran Owned Business established in Wesley Chapel, Florida in June 2015 to Current.  Dr. Emery Business Solution, LLC offers Leadership Podcasts, Leadership Conferences, Leadership Retreats, Leadership Seminar, and Speaking Engagements.

Dr. Emery served 14 years in the United States Navy.  Dr. Emery have 34 years' experience in the Supply Chain Management field, in addition, he has 31 years of teaching, training, and developing individuals and companies on workplace leaders, workplace leadership, workplace leadership styles, workplace decision-making, workplace quality management, and spiritual leadership in the workplace.  Dr. Emery is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Dr. Emery, Pastored two Churches in the City of Chicago from 2003 to 2008.

Dr. Emery received his Associate of Arts Degree in Business from Allen County Community College.  His Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University.  His Master's in Business Administration Degree from Strayer University, as well as his Doctor in Business Administration Degree from Walden University.
